Anime Forum Roleplaying Posts
by Glenn on November 20th, 2011 at 9:21 pm, under Image, Text
Pretty much every anime forum has some kind of subforum dedicated to nothing but roleplaying. In these hugboxes, fat smug nerds can let their inner pre-op catboy Goku roam free and pretend to be something other than simply another suburban keyboard warrior. Let’s take a look at the epic tales these master storytellers are writing. (continue reading…)
KingdomHeartsFrantic: Return of the Sperg
by Glenn on October 2nd, 2011 at 8:47 pm, under Image, Text, Video
I thought we’d take a look back and see what KingdomHeartsFrantic has been doing lately. After the last article about him, he came out saying that he only played a character on his youtube channel, claiming he only spent hundreds of dollars on anime paraphernalia for his show, and his multiple journals and forum accounts were done in character. Luckily, we are not retarded and know that he’s the frumpy ass weeaboo we’ve seen him to be. What has he been sperging about lately though? Well, let’s take a look.
His most recent journal entry deals with his original youtube account (UltimateUKFFFan) being deleted. He has since created a new account (linked above) and promises that, “Things are going to be different now. Things are going to be bigger, things are going to be better. As Legacy’s old theme used to say “It’s a new day, it’s a new generation. It’s a new day. No we never look back, no we’re never lookin’ back.” Think that kind of applies to what’s happened here. So for all future videos please check out: KHFMcAwesome. Keep in mind this channel is still under construction at the moment, so things look a little basic right now. But soon things will be back to the way they used to be… but better!”
Keep in mind that Jack (not John, as originally thought) is now 20 years old. For those of you over 20 years old, what were you doing at that age? If you’re under 20, what do you plan to be doing? Was/is it making this?

LeetStreet Boys Breakdown
by Glenn on August 19th, 2011 at 5:05 pm, under Image, Text, Video
I’d like to take a moment here to talk about the LeetStreet Boys and why they’re deluded pieces of shit. I know we’ve featured some of their auto-tuned pop rock “music” before, but we’ve never taken a look at the train wreck that is the actual band members. Let’s start with the most prominent member and co-founder of the band, Matt:
Matt is the lead singer of the otaku super group Leetstreet Boys. Like Japanophiles across the country, Matt’s obsessed with all things anime and video games, which are his main preoccupations. He also writes about falling in love, and the mix of fandom and romance in his songs have charmed otaku girls nationwide. Audiences packed with fangirls scream for him at conventions!
Two great tastes that keep you a virgin forever!
If I’ve learned anything from reading through all these anime forums, it’s that anyone can become a modern day master swordsman with enough anime.
Canvas: 8.5 x 11 Printer paper
Tools: BIC Mechanical pencils, 5.0 leads, Staedtler eraser
Editing: Adobe Photoshop 7.0
Timespan: 2 days!! WOOT! ^_^Heh… there’s meh character again – with improved hair! XD
This got done LIGHTNING FAST…. in my world, at least. Partly because there was no background to worry about. ^_^
The char is going through the routine – step 2 in my own sword technique. The stance, though simple, looks more as a defensive manuver rather than an attack strike. Either way, it still looks nice.
Stuff that was changed:
The hair – made it longer, especially in front. ^_^
Slacks – shaded them.
Shoes – Forgive the design… they look like cheap ones… I was out of creativity by then. T_T
While this isn’t Imminent Attack, it still is one of the best that I’ve produced!
Ryo-Misaki Megapost 2: The Revenge of Miracle Whip
by Glenn on September 26th, 2009 at 5:50 pm, under Image, Text, Video
If you’ve read our last article on Ryo-Misaki, you probably know that he is far too large to contain in just one megapost. Knowing this, we decided to take a look into Ryo-Misaki’s AnimeB wiki page that he personally wrote himself! For those of you that don’t have time to scroll through a wiki about a massive fat man’s forum and IRC habits, we have taken the courtesy to highlight all the important parts!
Ryo was always an “educated n00b”, preferring to search extensively on a subject (and forum archives) before creating a thread or asking a question.
Around 2004, the AnimeB Brigades were formed. Naturally, Ryo was one of the first to sign up in the Motoko Brigade. He also joined the Army of the Suu Republic (ASR) and Her Kawaiiness’ Secret Service (HKSS), but not with as much participation. Ryo helped lead the Motoko Brigade to victory against the Naru Brigade in the Great Brigade Wars.
Misaki is a very sociable person, and if on the forum, will be found in the shoutbox. (Lately, though, more often on IRC.) If you come on to the Box, you WILL be greeted by Ryo. Always. (Unless he’s idle or in a thread, in which a greet will come upon return.) Ryo likes to start conversation, talk about life/moods, and cheer people up. Ryo’s presence in the Box almost always beckons more activity.
Given’s love life is currently nonexistant.
Other details added are about his job history for working at Applebee’s and his love of music and rhythm games.
Check out this totally cool contest some guys set up on youtube! Draw yourself as a vocaloid! Bonus points if you sing your favorite song from the glorious land of Japan!
