Strange how you can ignore the opening statement of the term you quoted:

What you quoted above is stating that any publicly available content may be copied, printed or displayed outside of Photobucket. Regardless of where Angelic chooses to share her pictures, if they are in a “Private” folder, then other users are not at liberty to copy, print, or display those images anywhere outside of Photobucket itself.

I decided to focus on this person, like most, because I believe they are terrible people who deserve to be named and shamed. My ‘targets’ are set by commission, in this case an ‘anonymous’ benefactor pointed me towards her. Who that is, I’ll leave up to you.
Will The Anime Reality ™ do any more articles on this community? Possibly, there is a lot of overlap between these members on several other sites, and they’re all quite open about providing personal details of their lives even though nobody asked them for it. Why they’re so offended when someone finally takes interest in that I have no idea.
As for the legal threats, I’m afraid for hentaipalm or any other ‘community’ of freaks like them they have no legal options. Crystal shut down her HPalm thread threatening to shut us down and her public-info still has not been taken down or removed from where it was found, nor have they ‘copyrighted’ any of their precious material like they think they have. We do strongly encourage people to threaten to shut down The Anime Reality ™, we are a menace to the peace-loving and totally normal people of online anime societies.
